Banana muffins sound a million times more delicious when you swirl a dollop of Nutella into them. Don't you think? In fact adding Nutella to anything makes it more delicious. Ok, well maybe not everything, but definitely baked goodies. :D These moist muffins have a deep banana flavor, crunchy hazelnuts, and a hefty dose of hazelnut spread making them irresistible.

i wanted to start baking other cupcakes than my usual red velvet with cream cheese frosting. after getting a jar of nutella at a white elephant this past Christmas, i decided it'd be my key ingredient. i came across this blog as a i googled 'nutella cupcakes'. i made two batches of this and it was a hit. it really isn't that unhealthy and i would have to say it's healthier than the red velvet. sweet pea's kithchen is an interesting blog and i think i'll be stealing some more recipes from here as i am trying to get into some real cooking.
